Team One Mixed Martial Arts is a located conveniently in Tinley Park right off the expressway.

  Our wall-to-wall, specially-designed, padded training floor allows students in all of our classes to train 

seriously and safely.  Our clean and modern gym is stocked with Heavy Bags, Speed Bags, 

Thai Bags, Ring Timers, Jump Ropes, Fitness Equipment & has a Controlled Climate. 

 We also have a complete PRO SHOP for all of your training equipment needs!

Follow the street about 4-5 buildings to end at 18530 S. Spring Creek Dr.
